About NFTProwl

NFTProwl is a non-custodial NFT market intelligence and automation tool operated by an independent developer. NFTProwl does not custody, hold, or move user funds or NFTs. All blockchain transactions are authorized by the user through the user's own wallet, under that user's sole control.

Acceptance

You accept these Terms when you actively use NFTProwl in a way that submits data, including joining the waitlist, sending feedback, connecting a wallet, creating a rule, or authorizing a transaction through the site. Simply reading public pages on NFTProwl does not, on its own, form an agreement.

Preview product; no guarantees

NFTProwl remains a preview and early-access product. Features may change, break, disappear, or produce incomplete results. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, market freshness, notification timing, transaction success, or fitness for any trading decision. Cached prices, listings, charts, and health data may be stale by seconds, minutes, or hours.

Not financial advice

NFTProwl is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. NFT markets can be volatile, illiquid, risky, and capable of going to zero. Collections can be abandoned, lose market interest, or turn out to be fraudulent. You are solely responsible for your own research and decisions, including any decision to buy, sell, hold, or ignore an NFT.

Wallet connection, signing, and automated buying

Market risk, latency, and price movement

NFT prices can change between match detection and wallet approval. Listings may be purchased by others, cancelled, or repriced. Blockchain congestion, RPC delays, wallet issues, and third-party API latency may cause transactions to fail or settle under conditions different from what you expected. We make no warranty about execution speed, price stability, or successful settlement.

Third-party dependencies

NFTProwl relies on third-party services including AtomicHub/AtomicMarket APIs for listing and sale data, the WAX blockchain network and validators, wallet providers such as Anchor, Wombat, and WAX Cloud Wallet, notification providers including Resend for email, Discord webhooks, and browser push infrastructure, hosting through Vercel, and data storage through Upstash KV. Outages, delays, rate limits, bugs, or incorrect data in these services may affect NFTProwl, and we are not responsible for third-party failures.

Notifications

Email, Discord, and browser push notifications are optional and may be sent for rule matches, executed purchases, price-target events, support activity, and product events. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, or receipt. Notifications may be delayed, undelivered, filtered as spam, or arrive out of order. Do not rely on notifications alone for time-sensitive decisions.

User data

Wallet-scoped storage may include your connected wallet address, notification preferences, watchlists, auto-buy rules, matched listings, and executed purchase attempts. We use this data solely to operate the service. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be transmitted to the third-party services named above when needed to provide the product. Deletion requests are available through the feedback form on the site.

As-is; no warranties

NFTProwl is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties. In those jurisdictions, warranties are limited to the minimum extent required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, NFTs, cryptocurrency, opportunity, cost of substitute services, or damages arising from missed alerts, delayed transactions, price movements, wallet errors, third-party service failures, or bugs. Total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid to the operator in the twelve months before the claim, which is zero for the free service, or one hundred United States dollars.

Wallet security responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, browser extensions, and connected accounts. NFTProwl cannot recover lost keys, reverse unauthorized transactions, or restore stolen funds. If your wallet or device is compromised, transactions authorized by that wallet may be unrecoverable. Use hardware wallets, strong device security, and operational security appropriate for the value of the assets you hold.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of any applicable law or regulation, transactions authorized through NFTProwl, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The NFTProwl name, product design, and original site content belong to the operator. Third-party collection metadata, thumbnails, names, and images belong to their respective creators, owners, or marketplaces. Displaying that data in NFTProwl does not transfer ownership or endorsement, nor does it imply any affiliation with any brand, collection, or IP holder, including without limitation Funko, Warner Bros., or any other rights holder whose licensed collections appear on the WAX blockchain.

Prohibited uses

Do not scrape NFTProwl at abusive rates, attempt to disrupt the service, bypass technical limits, probe infrastructure, submit malicious data, or use the site in a way that interferes with other users or the underlying public APIs we rely on. Do not exploit bugs for unfair advantage, manipulate markets, wash trade, launder money, or use NFTProwl for any illegal purpose.

Access and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, attempts to disrupt the service, behavior that creates operational or legal risk, or product changes. During preview, we may also change access rules as the product evolves.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued active use of NFTProwl after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
