Biography

When the Storm came, Rick was once again visiting the bank on the first floor of Regent’s Place. Despite the government’s approval of his military service loan, the bank had rejected him on three occasions. He was visiting the corporate office to appeal the decision. Before his appointment, he went to the bathroom and quickly prepared the syringe. He was worried that the smell of the burning black tar would draw attention, but he realized that the stench produced by the guy taking a shit in the next stall over would cover it up. It was foul but perfect for the situation. He strapped the tourniquet around his arm to pull the plunger and shoot up. Then, the Storm hit. He doesn’t remember much but he was still sitting on an intact toilet bowl, with the tourniquet wrapped around his arm, when he realized what had happened. His first thought was “where the fuck is my dope?”
