Ingredients: 1 big bag of pasta (rigatoni or fusilli is best); 1 jar of pasta sauce; 1 tub of cottage cheese; 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese mix; 1 bag of mozzarella cheese mix; salt; pepper. \ 1. Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. \2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and boil until Al Dente. \3. Drain noodles in colander and toss with sauce in pot \4. Take 9X12 baking dish and drop half of the sauced pasta into it. \5. Use a bowl to mix all cottage cheese with all cheddar cheese mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. \6. Spread layer of cottage cheese mixture over 1st layer of sauced pasta. \7. Add rest of sauced pasta over layered cottage cheese mixture. \8. Cover with whole bag of shredded mozzarella cheese. \9. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. \10. Bake covered for 30 minutes. \11. Remove aluminum foil and bake uncovered for 15 minutes. \12. Broil on low to desired degree of cheesy goodness. \13. Serve with garlic bread and/or a Caesar Salad
